Saturday Night Chalk Talk
Saturday nights are always a little bit like a pre-game chalk talk for me. I try to walk through the morning from set up to break down. For right now we only have one weekly environment to connect with people and so I want us to make the most of it. I find that if I don't kind of mentally prepare for what I hope to and want to happen from a connection and communication stand point then the morning fly's by and we miss our chance for that week.
One of the area's that we need to revamp a little is our atrium set-up and signage to help our first time guest feel very comfortable and secure about where to go and what to do. So you will be seeing a few changes – hopefully for the better over the next couple of weeks.
Tomorrow is going to be a new experience for us as we have a guest communicator via big screen. We will be in Chapter Two of our Starting Point Series and we will be hearing an awesome message about the body of evidence that we have to authenticate the ancient manuscript we call the Bible. It should be a really interesting and learning experience for every one.
