Many Hands…
Wow we got a lot done in a short amount of time today… many hands make light work!
We had quit a few workers show up today… middle schoolers, high schoolers, young kids, “OLD kids,” those from the St Florian block club, City Mission… we picked up trash all up and down our neighborhood, we filled 300 Easter Bags that were hand decorated by our Renovation Students over the last couple of weeks to hand out to every child who comes tomorrow… basically got ready for a great day tomorrow as we get ready to celebrate Resurrection Sunday!
I know it has been reported that Christianity is on the decline in our Nation… that might actually be good. It may awaken those who really are Christ Followers to live out the transforming message of the Messiah in a way we have never seen here in America. Then I just read this morning that 3/4 of America is going to church tomorrow… glad we brought in some extra chairs!! Let’s do what we can Renovation!
