Just a Reminder
Last night as I was standing in the church auditorium with Gloria the kids my mom and dad (we were watching some good men work!) a grandmother and her beautiful grand daughter walked in through the front door. They came over and introduced themselves as Angela (grandmother) and Andreana – she was 6 yrs old! Angela said that they lived across the street and saw the lights on so they wanted to come over and see what was happening. Of course it looks a lot different now that we have cleared everything out and so they were looking around when Angela asked when we were starting because Andreana was looking forward to going to church again. I knealt down and introduced Canon, Caleb and Carlee (of course Carlee had already fallen in love with Andreana!) I said Andreana you are not going to believe how fun and great it is going to be. Every Sunday you will be able to go to a place called King’s World with music, drama, love, laughter, fun! It will be the best hour of your whole week! She just gave me this HUGE smile as my heart melted!
I think God brought two angel’s over as a just a reminder of why we are doing what we are doing.
