Great Job!

Got to see beautiful baby Amelia Rose Adema along with seeing mommy and daddy today! Wow it is hard to remember that your kids were ever that small (ours were not) but you know what I mean. Couldn't help but to think back when Carlee was born and how crazzzy that was to me. First time dad, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO experience with girls, but oh man did she steal my heart quickly! Now I think back on that time like it was yestrday and bam it's been 11 years – now that freaks me out to the point I don't even like to think about it!
Speaking of Carlee, we go down to Cirlce C Ranch and pick her up in the morning – can't wait – a week is a long time for daddy to be without his "little" girl.

God has been so good to Gloria and myself in sooooo many ways but epecially regarding relationships. God has brought so many incredible people, couples, families into our lives through the years but specifically since we have started on this journey of launching Elmwood. I wish I could record the awesome converstions that we get to have with people and hearing their life story and journey to Jesus. Got to hang out with some friends tonight and was just blown away as they described their journey to the FATHER. I am jacked up about this Sunday morning Gathering because they are going to join us and I am going to interview them and let them tell you a little synopsis of their journey – so don't miss this Sunday and bring someone with you if you can!

Just a reminder of a few things:

  • our second picnic is coming up on August 5 in Delaware park – same place as before with a few more things for the kids!
  • sign up for Convoy of Hope www.convoyofhope.com this Sunday as we inVEST in our community on Aug 11, we already have 52 that signed up last week so GREAT JOB! You guys ROCK!
  • If you are interested in going to Costa Rica in November talk with me Sunday and get the 411!
