Good Morning Buffalo!
Wow! what a beautiful morning we have to celebrate in Buffalo. I am sitting in my "new" favorite place – The Spot Coffee House on Elmwood in the Village. I have been here a lot but they now have all the tables out and this BIG Bay window that you can sit at and here and see the Village waking up – so I am here doing some prep work for our Sunday Gathering
On my way down I saw a wild turkey trying to cross the street – I'm not kidding! Since moving to the "city" I have seen 3 deer and now a wild turkey and a few other things…! Who would a thunk it.
Hey I have been listening through a book that I am just loving! It is John Eldredge's new book called A Personal Guide to Walking With God I bought as an audio book and so I have been listening to parts of it every day and it has really helped me in the area of my spiritual formation or journey. John has helped me think a little differently about the real intimate way that I can really engage with my Heavenly Father – check it out!
Another thing I have been listening to is Dave Barnes new CD – crazy good! The guy is a strong believer also which is great!
