Easter 2011
Easter 2011 will always be a great day for us to look back and celebrate at Renovation!
This is our 3rd Easter as a faith community and God just blew us away.
We have been in a series called Why Jesus and it has really prepared our hearts and minds for us as we headed into Easter today. Asking good questions about God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit is never a bad thing. We have been tackling some of those over the last few weeks and today we asked the question “Is Jesus the only way to heaven?”
That question was answered with a resounding yes!
We had a ton of guest with us today. It was great meeting dad’s and mom’s and son’s and neighbor’s…
We had a total of 835 worship with us today during our 3 gatherings!
We had 74 people ask to receive the follow-up material after praying to receive Jesus Christ as their risen Savior and Lord!
We had 125 kids in Renovation station with 19 first time at 10.30!
Joshua said they also had many kids respond to the Gospel!
It has been great reading blogs and twitter post from pastors all over the country as literally thousands and thousands have moved from being merely fans of Jesus to actual followers!
The party in heaven continues to grow!
