Big Announcement
We started phase 6… Transforming My Experience today and the topic that Scott Stockton did such a great job communicating with us was…Letting God Flow In Our Work!

I posted on Twitter last night that we would have a big announcement to share today so here it is….
God is moving… over the last 11 weeks we have seen God move in us and through us here at Renovation. I have been blown away!
There are 100 more people gathering with us today then when we started the series Renovation Project because many of you have been investing in the lives of people and inviting them to come and taste and see that God is good.
Because of that we have a great opportunity before us… we have maxed out of our capacity at both the 9.19 and 11.00 gathering. We have been averaging over 200 adults at both gatherings the last month. We know that God wants to do more than we can imagine and I know that there are still hundreds of friends, family, co-workers that still need to come to Jesus.
Because we are out of room with 2 gatherings we are going to prepare to launch a 3rd gathering starting on Super Sunday Feb 6. Our Leadership Team actually talked about the possibility of this happening back in early Sep asking God to give us direction.
So there is a couple of things I need to put on everybody’s radar screen.
Our new times will be 9.00, 10.30, 12.00… I know no more 9.19 – all good things must come to an end.
Some of you may not know this but we only have Renovation Station at the 9.19 but we have a lot of families with kids coming at the 11.00.
We will need to be able to accommodate families with kids 5th grade and down at both the 9.00 and 10.30 gathering.
Of course none of this will happen with out dozens of you who have called Renovation home or have recently started calling it home. We call it getting involved with Strategic Service Teams.
We will need 30 new volunteers to help us with Renovation Station and another 30 helping us with First Impressions, Prayer and Tech teams that is 60 new team members joining a team of about 140 people already serving in some capacity!
It takes an army of God’s people to do his work… and we try hard to do it well and to do it together, serving and praying for each other.
Maybe you have been praying about it or contemplating about getting involved… well pray no more… we need you to do for others what others did for you.
You have heard the saying… hurt people hurt people… well here is a redeemed take on that… Saved people serve people.
We will be recruiting and signing folks up all of the month of December and training everybody for their new assignments in January and kicking it off on Feb 6.
This is a great way to finish this year… can’t wait to see what else God is going to do!
