Best Practice
I've got to give major kudos to Earl Leatherland, our children's director in King's World at the Chapel at Elmwood! Here in DC, I was able to be a part of a meeting for theater churches and we were sharing some great ideas and our own best practices. It's not easy to bring an exciting children's ministry to life every week in such a creative, dynamic and energetic way as we do at Elmwood! I'd say that our children's ministry definitely is one of our best practices!
